# Other Spiritual Leaders

UPL honours many teachers beyond the four named in the founding paper. [Laozi](/doctrine/enlightened-figures/laozi/index.md), with his insights on harmony with the Tao, and [Guru Nanak](/doctrine/enlightened-figures/guru-nanak/index.md), who advocated for the oneness of God, equality among humans, and the importance of service and devotion, each have a page. These leaders offer diverse yet harmonious perspectives on aligning with the divine light and living in accordance with its guiding principles, and others will join them as the teachings grow.
